Consent
You may only use FamilyGPSGuard to share locations between people who have each knowingly installed the app and agreed to share. Using it to track anyone without their knowledge or consent is prohibited and may be illegal.
Not an emergency service
SOS alerts only notify members of your circle. FamilyGPSGuard does not contact police, ambulance or other emergency services. Location and notifications depend on your device, network and settings and may be delayed or unavailable. Always call your local emergency number in an emergency.
Your account
Keep your password secure. You are responsible for activity on your account. We may suspend accounts that abuse the service.
No warranty
The service is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any loss arising from your use of, or inability to use, the service.
Changes
We may update these terms; continued use after changes means you accept them.
